46RE rear band

Default 46RE rear band

I rebuilt my tranny and after I put it back in reverse was tight and draggin and when driving forward would not go into 3rd then rear band popped lose and lost 3rd od and reverse? I'm guessing I over tightened rear band and it popped the band spacer out any help?

So i jumped in my truck this morning and reverse worked, so drove it around the block. wont go into 3rd when it tried it just slipped. and got back home and reversestopped working again. Tryed tightening rear band didnt fix anything. Is there anybody that can help!!!!!!!

So i dropped the pan pulled the throttle body cleaned it up again put it back in and re torqued the front and rear bands... still slips in reverse and no 3rd just slips.

Found a busted accumulator oring so tommor when I get a new one we will find out if that fixes it.
