Default throttle body spacer?

Im just wondering if it does anything and if anybody has gotten any results. Looking into getting one for my dads 2004 dodge ram 5.7L

yeah they work great better throttle response and fuel mileage I've got one on my '07 ram with the 5.7 along with several other mods but it does help. It does have a little whistle though but not too annoying

they do absolutely nothing to our trucks but make that annoying whistle sound. just do a search on here about it and you'll see why you shouldn't waste your money on that snake oil

Very expensive paperweight....

They generally only work well in Carburetor Equipped applications and even then there is such minimal gains its not worth it.

Save your $ and buy a real performance part.

I will say this about spacers..if you get one for free or cheap, they do work well to get your 14x3 open element filter or CAI off the engine.

Yep. a waste for NA application unless spraying.
