I just had my starter replaced by a mechanic friend and now when I start it, it has a weird sound. He says it is probably because it is a rebuilt starter, but I am not so sure. I am not sure how to describe the sound, but it sounds as though it is struggling to start, but it starts right up. Any help is appreciated!
