Hi I just got a 2002 dodge ram 1500 4x4 QC with the 5.9. The tranny was just rebuilt not too long ago as well as the rear diff. The engine runs fine and everything works great but when at higher RPMs (3000)the engine will fluctuate a little and when passing someone at higher RPMs (4500) it will fluctuate/studder even more. I'm thinking fuel pump/fuel filter/ injectors however I think you guys here know more than me.
