Just started a few weeks ago (but it pretty consistent), whenever I start my truck and put in drive itll stall out. Not completly but almost. And it only happens for a few seconds. After that, runs like a champ. Any ideas?

 

Sounds like an IAC issue on your throttle body.

It might be the IAC starting to go, or it could be as simple as a dirty air filter.

How many miles are on your truck?

And when was the last time you changed your transmission fluid and filters? (if the answer is more than 30,000 miles ago then it's about time you changed it!)
