Default Efan installed - what do do with exposed clutch fan drive?

I installed an efan about a year ago and am now noticing surface rust on the exposed fan drive thread. Would like to clean it up and cover with a cap of some sort. Most people probably don't care but these things bother me. Has anybody found a cap to match this thread? McMaster part number would be ideal. Thanks!

I'd just find a black plastic cap. Lowe's probably has something.

You can probably clean it, then coat it in "Liquid Electrical Tape"

I did my efan about 6 years ago and just put a little synthetic grease on it. Still no rust on it.

The best choices for our trucks are either flex-a-lite 180 Black Max Extreme or Flex-a-lite 183. I believe both of these fans use the same blades and have 3300 cfm and draw 18 amps, but the nicest part is both fit inside the factory cowl, and come with thermostats
