Default 04 Hemi - "Check Guage" light and sudden loss of oil pressure

2004 1500 4x4 Hemi automatic.

I was just driving home today, came to a stop and my "check gauge" light went on. Then the oil gauge went to zero but as soon as I started driving it went off and oil gauge went back to normal. Now it does this every time I decel or stop.

Has anyone seen this happen? Troubleshooting advice?

I've attempted to pull codes (key on/off, on/off - on)

But nothing happens. I don't even get a "done" indication as if there were no codes. Am I doing something wrong?

Truck manufactured june of 2004

Thanks! ;o)

I would think the oil pressure sensor or the screen is partly clogged in the oil pan. Check the sending unit and wiring to it. May be as simple as a bad connection.
