Default Nedd Help with P0141 and p0138 that won't go away!

I'm new and I have a problem that is driving me nuts. I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the Hemi. The I get are P0141 (at first) and P0138 after new sensor it throws both codes. First I tried a cheap Bosch sensor and same codes came up then I bought an NGK. Still same codes come up. I noticed the old sensor had fallen onto the front drive shaft and the insulation on the wires was worn off. It was not burnt. Could this thing have shorted and fried my PCM? There are no fuses that I can find for the O2 sensors. The truck starts and drives normally. Thanks in advance for any help. Im about to push this thing off a cliff.

If the PCM was fried you'd have a whole lot more trouble than a couple emissions related codes. I'm thinking more that the wiring is not letting proper full signal from the sensor reach the PCM...
