How to make my 4.7 faster
There is no real cheap performance parts for these engines, parts are expensive. But with that said if not planning ongoing all out modding it the best bang for the buck are switching gears to 4.10s or 4.56s with posi looking at around a grand depending on where you live
Take a look at my SIG. for the common mods
Good place to find parts is airram.com

Welcome to DF. A tuner/programmer is also a very good bang for your buck.
I will move your thread to the correct section. For future reference:

Your list of mods has a short throw shifter, I have a 5-speed too and could never find one. Where did you get you H.O. cam from?
Without spending too much a tuner would definitely be a good bang for your buck. I hear it does wonders on the 4.7. But gear would also be good although pricey. Exhaust is always a pretty cheap one and maybe headers if you can find them
