Default Some guidence

Hi all
Got a 2008 1500 Ram
Problem:
Temp indicator in the roof console reads 62 degrees even on hot days like today. Where the sensor located? or is the a trick to set it? The electric compass seems to work correctly.

Thanks in advance.

The sensor is on the driver's side of the nose, just outboard of the radiator. When I changed my O/H console to add HomeLink, it took a day or so for the temp to stabilize. I guess if you disconnect the sensor for a while and reconnect it, you might restore the function.
