Hey guys not sure if this is the right area to post this but here go. I already have a 4"6" drop on my 05 quad cab and have been researching and thinking about turning it in to a 5"7" drop which requires shackles in the back and cutting half a coil in the front. Im hesitant to cut my springs but am really wanting to do this. My questions are has anyone done this? I already camber on my tires and dont want it to be a whole lot worse and will cutting affect my ride? Thanks in advance
I got a 5/7 drop with a suspension kit and it rides pretty good for the amount I dropped it, one tricky thing is the camber, an alignment won’t fix it and what my mechanic suggested was to find a special company that makes a specific ball joint or control arms for it to be straight
