Default Ram 1500

Make a long story short, the right exhaust manifold on my truck warped, hence the "rattling" I was getting upon start up (noise especially noticeable in cab of truck)

Mechanic I took it to, told me real common problem with the 5.7 Hemi.....
and as a matter of fact, still waiting on new part, as Dodge was sold out of them.

Just curious, anyone else have the same problem?????

Do yourself a favor and buy some headers. Even some shorties will be an improvement over the factory part.

I had the drivers side warp on my 4.7 recently. The machinist who shaved it down said it was common with the Fords too.

I've not read any posts regarding warped exhaust manifolds on the Hemi.
