Exclamation High Flow Cats and after market exhaust throw Check Engine Light

My buddy has a 2005 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi. He installed high flow cats and mufflers and has had a check engine light ever since. He has done O2 sensors and spark plugs and wires but cannot get rid of the code for more than 100 miles. He has heard about moving the location of the O2's. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks in advance.

He probably needs to do the non- fouler trick to get rid of the cel. Common problem when running high flow cats.

Buy a pack of the non foulers. Drill one out so your o2 sensor will fit in it. Then take the untouched fouler and stuff it with 0000 steel wool and thread the drilled non fouler into the stuffed non fouler. Now thread the assembly of two non foulers into the bung in your exhaust and the o2 into the non foulers. The non foulers are dorman 42009.
