Default Why do I have a stiff throttle?

Hey everyone. I have been having this problem for a while and its my throttle being very still and hard to push down.

I have cleaned the TB many times and the helped a little.

When I seafoam my intake ( put seafoam through the brake booster line) that eliminates the problem and it is normal to push down and I get great throttle response.

But with in 1k miles or so the problem occurs once again. I am not sure what to do and what is causing it. The filter on my CAI has been there for about 6k miles and its a K&N filter.

I changed the PCV valve about 2k miles ago. And when I did that it helped but again the problem came back shortly.

I cleaned my IAT sensor as well

It seems when I add a mod it helps but comes back shortly. When I put in my new y-pipe and cats it helped but the problem came back.

Have any of you had this problem or can help me with a solution? I was thinking a catch can would maybe be a solution but money is tight and would want to get it if it would be a smart investment. Also not sure where I can find one for my truck bc I havent seen and made just for 3rd gen hemi's.

Sorry for the long post. Thanks for reading!!

Hemi is throttle by wire. No cable, the stiffness would be in the pedal.

You sure it isn't just the mental effect of the mods making your throttle feel better and then as you get used to them it starts feeling stiff to you again? I ask BC there is no mechanical connection between your peddle and the engine on your hemi.

I am pretty positive there is a difference. I am going to clean my TB and seafoam the intake this weekend and take note of the difference again. I would say its just throttle response but the pedal itself just feels stiff. What can I look at as far as something making the pedal stick if its not connected?

Once the PCM learns the new Throttle Condition it will smooth out and it will feel "stiff" and by stiff I mean lagged or slightly slower... not sure how a Drive-by-wire throttle could "feel stiff" so not really sure how to help or what to look at....
