Default Weird noise

I have a 2004 1500 4x4 hemi. I have a noise from the rear of the truck which almost sounds like a sway bar end link. But the noise is when I hit the brakes or give it gas. Forward or reverse it happens also. I have checked shocks, leaves springs, spare tire. The clunk you can feel in the floor at times. It will make the noise multiple times at once. I have checked the bolts on the springs and shocks and they are tight. If anybody has any help I would really love too hear it. The noise only happens when driving.

Thanks.

It sounds like a suspension noise. Like something is binding up.

That's tough to describe and to help you locate on a forum like this. Best option IMO, is to try and isolate to an area and post back what you find. Like driveshaft, right rear wheel, etc. then maybe can help you some more. Jack up and block both rear wheels, try starting and putting in gear, see if you can duplicate and isolate the noise. Have someone help so you can move around while listening.

May also want to remove rear diff cover, drain and inspect. You will need fresh fluid and rtv to refill and re install cover. Look for obvious damage. Good visual. Post pics.
