Default Electrical issue? Please help me!

I have a 2007 dodge ram 3500 5.9 with the engine ligh on, put the scanner and it reads a lot of codes like p1749, p0642, p083, p1754, p0107, p0069, p0073 and p0483.... I touhgt the ecm was bad and it was, bought a new one and i put it on and the engine light still on and the check gauges light came on, i turn the engine off and does not want to start again.. Can you give me a hand on this please?

I'm on my mobile so I can't post everything but, if you look in my signature below you will find a link to the Service Manuals that are available and free to download. In them you will find those codes and how to troubleshoot them

So what codes are you getting now? Same as before replacing the ECM or different ones?
