Hi I am new to site but have a question. I have a 2003 Ram 1500 Reg. 4x4 and I would like to see if someone can tell me if I can use wheels with the size of 17x9 and -12mm offset and tires 285-70's that are about 11.5" wide and not hit or rub on the fenders without a lift and level kit installed? Or do I need to level and lift it. The kit I found would bring the front up 3 inches and rear up 1 inch.
