2002 ram 1500 5.9L. when key is turned to the on position, the battery gauge and fuel gauge do not come up and truck will not start and after the trouble lights do there light check, they go out but then come back on. When this happens my OBD reader will not communicate with the truck at all. the weird thing is that this is only happening every couple days, and it seems to be mostly when it is damp outside, otherwise when it is warm and dry there is no issues and truck starts no problem and OBD reader shows no engine codes. I dont know what to look for, i have checked and cleaned all grounds and tested all fuses and relays. any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
