Default No sound from Infinity Radio

I know there have been variations of this question prior but I am unable to find a working resolution. I have a dodge 2500 with infinity sound system. I have lights on the stereo and the CD seems to be functioning properly but I get no sound from any speakers. I have checked the fuses under the hood and replaced both the head unit and amp with same model from salvage yard. Neither seemed to fix the issue individually or together. Is there some sort of in-line fuse that I am missing or perhaps a connector issue to the radio. I notice that the back of the radio there is two connector slots not including the antennae. I have only one connector in the back of the unit. I ask the dealership but they said it was most likely a dead radio and not a connector. Any suggestions before I take this thing in? Been jacking with it for several weeks trying to find something that fixes it.

Thanks.

What year do you have?

There is a relay that activates the amplifier on the right side of the factory radio for 2004/5's

You bought what from the salvage yard and tried it?

IMO you only have 3 options
1) dead radio outputs
2) no power to amp
3) dead amp

option 3 would be my first guess

I actually bought both the Radio and the Amp from the salvage yard. Both same part number as the original in my truck. Installed each and same problem. Seems like option 2 is more likely the culprit. My first guess was that there was some kind of inline fuse or a wire disconnect. But I cant find it. Everything is stock in this truck so maybe it's just time to let the professionals figure it out.
