Use the main vaccum line off the booster and yes you can use it in the tank. I use it about every 3 or 4 tank fills just to keep the fuel system clean.

Well, I tried seafoam. I got a ton of white smoke out of tailpipe. It cleared up after about 2 miles. I'm going to try a longer drive, it's not stalling as bad but still has a miss and I'm hearing a loud ticking sound from right side (pass) when I rev it up. It could just be "Hemi" tick and I'm being paranoid or it could be lifter noise (broken valve spring?). I will report back after about a 20 mile drive. I'm hoping it will clear up and smooth out!

Okay, made it out about 7 miles and CEL started flashing. Engine still missing. Turned around and made it to Oreilly and pulled codes. This time I got P0172 (system too rich, bank 1) and P0207 (#7 injector open circuit). I'm totally baffled now. Thinking I will try O2 sensors (upstream) next. But broke, so have to wait for next payday in 10 days! Could Seafoam have killed the number 7 injector?

I have never heard of anything damaged by Seafoam on any of the boards I frequent. I have seen people use Seafoam and nothing else to pass an e-test here in Ontario, Canada after failing it misserably on the first go round. And that was just thru the tank. The bank 1 sensor and #7 injector are on the same side. If #7 injector stays open it could cause the bank 1 to read rich.

I'm going to try draining most of the gas out of the tank tomorrow and adding fresh gas to see if that helps. Any recommendations on fixing the injector without having to replace it?

Why wouldnt you replace the injector first? You have a big red flag pointing right to it with that last code scan. If money is an object, a new injector is probably cheaper than a full tank of gas. Dumping bottles of injector cleaner and seafoam wont fix any problems, just cover them up, however, a bottle here and there will help to keep problems from happening

Okay, here's the latest. I just got done replacing all 8 injectors and still have miss and stalling issues. I also replaced all the spark plugs again. They were pretty fouled, especially #7 and #6. Additionally, I reset the PCM. I'm not getting any codes at all now, but still running poorly and stalling at idle (especially when coming up to a light or turn). I'm totally baffled now. Is it fuel pump, ignition (coils or wires), or is it a broken valve spring???

I also replaced both O2 sensors (NTKs).

Here's where I'm at. I checked fuel pressure and it's fluctuating wildly around 58psi while engine is running. Then when I shut off engine and leave key on, pressure drops to zero. When you turn on key, pressure doesn't build up at all. Isn't supposed to hold pressure? I looked at parts stores for a pressure regulator, but parts stores don't show one for my vehicle. Do I have a bad injector out of the new ones I installed? I still have loud ticking noise. Do I maybe have a broken valve spring? I'm at my wits end with this!!!

Also, when I drove over to parts store to use pressure tester, I got P0172 and P0175 codes.
