My trucks starting to make a droning noise / vibration when holding speed on the highway. Im thinking its prolly a ujoint issue. Anybody know of a good quality brand aftermarket u-joints? Id prefer to get greaseable ones this time. I wont buy new garbage from the dealership.

I was looking into spicer ujoints but i cant find an application guide to save my life. Im canadian and I plan on buying american since everything up here is so ridiculously overpriced.

Spicer number for my 03 is SP 5213X. My bet is yours will be the same. Rock Auto carries them. Go to there website and look it up.

 

Yes sir our trucks share the same ujoints. I ended up going with sealed spicer units.

Anybody having any weird squeaking issues check search youtube for bad ujoint videos learned a thing or two.
