Default 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Heating bad!!! HELP

I have a 2003 Ram 1500, and recently now with winter just around the corner. I turned on the heat in my truck, to only find that when its on my passenger side of the truck is getting hot air blown to it, and my diver side is ice cold. This is like this for both feet vents and upper body vents. Also when I turn on the heat my condenser fan is making the loudest noise, which has me confused because the condenser fan shouldn't even come on with the heat? I've heard around that this happens to a lot of Chrysler Vehicles, but no one really says what fixes it? Does anyone on here no what would help?

You may have a broken bleed door or the actuators are working. I would guess bleed doors.

It'll come on if you have it on defrost, or you have the A/C button pushed. As far as cold on your side, do you have dual zone control? Go to heater treater.com to diagnose that one. They explain very concisely how the system works and how to diagnose which door is bad. But you definatley have a bad blend door. (or bleed, as above calls them)
