Default Front passenger brake makes a clicking sound when stopping.

Im getting a clicking sound( sometimes loud enough to hear in the truck and sometimes not) from my passenger front brake when I hit the pedal right before the truck starts to slow down. I replaced the master cylinder less than a month ago because of a spongy pedal since there was no fluid leaks and all signs pointed to that. I still have a slight spongy pedal and have this clicking sound. Im wondering if the caliper is bad or could it be something else?
