Lightbulb Throttle Problem?

Hey guys,

Looking for a bit of input on this one. My truck - 2002 Ram 1500 v6 5 speed, is having an issue. It has the cat off and is running an open pipe where the cat should be.

Now the issue - When im driving, it could be fine one minute, but then all of a sudden it'll start losing revs or like misfiring, Then it could go away, or keep happening for a few mins. It's like the revs are cutting in and out. I thought it might be the clutch, but that doesnt really seem to be having any issues.
The only codes im getting are o2 sensor codes aswell.

Any ideas?

Could be from you not having cats. Your o2 sensors are probably reading it's running rich and trying to lean it out to compensate try using some o2 nonfoulers and see if that helps

What are your CEL codes? Are they for the front O2s or rear O2s

Sorry for the late reply. The code is p1038, so front I think?
