Default Driving and heard loud noise and then repetitive noises

I just finished doing my headgasket and was driving my truck home 2005 ram 1500 4.7l and I heard a loud noise and then repetitive noise while driving on the highway so i got off the highway and came to a stop was not from the engine as noise went away immediately. But then as soon as i started driving again it came back.

I went out there with a flashlight and inspected brakes everything looked ok from outside the wheel.

I dont believe I heard it while backing out of the driveway nor while turning the wheel back and forth it seems more while im going forward.

Sounded like it was coming from the passenger side wheel well but not positive.

Any suggestions?

Is it possible you left a tool under the hood? Check the fan blades, and make sure they're all there. What does it sound like? Is it coming from under the hood?

That doesn't sound good, but it could also be about anything. A loud sound indicating something broke, then a repetitive abnormal sound, indicating that whatever broke is now making noise, is never good. If it stops when you stop, and starts when you move forward, that would seem to indicate something wheel related, could be something in the front suspension too. Does it steer weird? Feel abnormal in any other way? Can you isolate the sound a little better? Have someone stand on the street as you drive past to help figure out where the sound is coming from.
