I was thinking about adding a brace behind it. I was thinking the half inch plate would have enough strenght to hold anything I was tugging on. I will keep an eye on it and if I see any slight bending I will tack one on there. The issues with tube is mounting the bar. I wanted to be able to remove it because I'm still thinking about a hidden winch.
