Default Throttle cable sticking

Hey guys. I'm having trouble tracking down a part. The throttle cable on my 04 1500 is sticking it seems. The pedal is moving correctly and the throttle itself on the throttle body moves smoothly but the cable sticks when it's cold out. It's got the 4.7l magnum so it's a cable all the way to the throttle body I believe.

Anyone else have this problem? Or know how to fix it without replacing the cable? If not. Anyone know where I can find the cable?
