I have no tail lights or parking lights I have checked the fuses and the relay all are good . Can anybody help me .

 

Had similar issue in my old dakota only difference was my headlights wouldn't come on and brake and parking lights would. A wire in the in the on off switch went bad. When I took it out it was all black and frayed i guess from use so i replaced that wire and it was good to go. So look into that maybe

 

Check your multifunction switch. It can cause all sorts of weird problems.

No turn signals
No brake lights (but 3rd brake light up top works)
No hazards

Sometimes:

No windshield wipers or washer pump
No headlights, or headlights stuck on at all times key is on and no control of bright/dim
No upper cab clearance lights if you have them

Let us know what you find, mine is currently doing this.
