Default Stock Height

Anyone know the stock height for the front end of a 2002 1500 4X4 crew cab?(center of wheel to fender or some other way to measure)

I want to level it a little, but I want to set it at stock height first. It looks like the suspension has sagged a little, that's why I want to know the stock height.

The truck only has 42,000 miles on it, the upper ball joints are bad enough that the top of the tire moves almost 1/2" when I shake it. I'm going to replace upper and lower BJs and inner and outer tie rod ends, want to set the height while I'm fixing it so I can get an alignment.

With the BJs and TREs I also bought leveling torsion keys, should I even use them or just level by cranking with the stock torsion keys? Thanks for any info

Anyone able to help?

Also have another question, which ball joint press kit works best for these trucks? Thanks.
