Default 2003 dodge 5.7 problems

good afternoon. i have a 2003, 2500, 5.7.
will not run, start the truck it jumps to 3000 rpm, then idles very erratic and some times stalls, no power. pulled codes, 2108, 2172, 2111, 2106, 0585. i found some codes but not the ones that start with 2.
i have removed and cleaned the throttle body. not much help.
i noticed when i put the truck back together, that there is no vacum and instead of air sucking into the throttle body it is puffing out air. cannot be good.
any help would be appreciated thank you. need the truck back on the road.

well i can tell you ..2106 and 2108.(Throttle actuator Control system Mod Perf. and Forced limited power.)
P2172-high airflow / vacuum leak detected (instantaneous accumulation)
The P2111 code is related to the throttle body. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is not properly reading the throttle plate position
