Ah you didn't say that the idle problem was still present... Replace the Throttle Position Sensor and reset the PCM.

Personally, I'd still get a compression test for peace of mind, but it's your call.

did the compression tests, only 2 cylinders that stood out were the 1 and 3 cylinders with 0psi and 30psi. As it turns out, got broken valves, rockers, and a cam. So thank you guys but she is toast for now

Well good news is that that all can be fixed pretty easily... you might as well put a nice set of mild comp camps and performance valves, rockers, springs, and pushrods in there... and get yourself a tuner with a nice little custom tune... you'll put down an extra 80 hp easily
