Default intermittent cam crank signal loss

so i bought an 02 1500 with the 4.7L as a new daily driver while i begin my 6.4L hemi swap into my 97 ram. I bought this truck from my girlfriends dad for a great price. there are days that the truck runs absolutely beautiful, then some days it runs like **** and then stalls occasionally. it always starts back up though. the only code that has ever been on the truck is intermittent loss of cam/crank signal. he changed both the cam and crank sensor and i checked the voltage at the connectors and ecm. all the wires within the circuit look to be in good condition and all grounds are clean and have no resistance. Anyone have this problem or know anything about it?
