Default Wet Plugs

Hello everyone. I have a 2003 Ram 1500 with the 4.7...On monday it started running rough and the only code it was throwing was for the purge valve which I changed and the code went away. It is still running very rough and when I pulled the plugs today I noticed coolant in the #1 and 3 cylinder plugs all others were dry. I have lost very very little coolant and don't see white smoke, Can this still be a blown head gasket?

Gt one of those emission tester kits from an auto store, that checks for burned emissions in coolant.
This will tell you 100% if you have a bad head/head gasket.
