Old member, new truck
Hey y'all, I'm switch over from the 3rd gen Dakota side. I just picked up an 2004 Ram 3.7 with only 61,000 miles for $5000. I've already ordered a bullbar, nerfbars, tow package, a double DIN bezel and a 2.5" leveling kit. Getting the bed sprayed and a new muffler once I sell the old truck. Also open to any recommendations for mods.
I'm pretty sure I can handle everything I ordered, Just looking for some tips with the leveling kit. Never got around to putting one on the Dakota.
Also, any thing I need to look for other than the usual suspension stuff that plagued the 3rd Gen Dak?
Thanks guys.

You should check most of the fluids to see if they need to be changed. Not a lot of people here have the 3.7 engine. If you have engine questions you will probably find more info on the other forums.
Okay, but I wasn't asking about the engine. I was asking about suspension. As far as I know 2wd suspension is the same no matter the engine size. Seems to me I'd be better off posting in the Neon section than here. I'll just go back to the 3G Dakota section, they'll be more helpful.

So if you feel more comfortable in the Dakota section by all means, you're good to go.
