Most people here use the premade and preformed aftermarket cat back systems, not just a straight pipe. If you want just a pipe, go to a muffler shop. Don't waste the money on the aeroturbine muffler as you will not notice any performance gains.

Why are you looking for such a large diameter exhaust pipe? Are you running a turbo?

You really don't need 3" on a 'small' motor like a Hemi. The 3" could harm your performance more then it will help it. A internal-combustion engine needs backpressure to perform correctly, and the three inch will most likely not supply enough of it to benefit you. I know they sell 3" and 3.5" systems for trucks, LS1 Camaros and Firebirds, and mustangs, but they are a complete waste of money. 3" exhausts are unneeded until about 500 horse. I know some guys running 700+ horsepower 540 cube Big Block Chevys that are only running 3" and it doesn't hurt the motor at all.
