camshaft position sensor

I had a engine light that calls out a bad camshaft position sensor. Can any one tell me where the sensor is located on the engine?

03 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad 4X4 4.7 56000 miles

As far as I know the CPS is usually around the crankshaft. Take a look around there or go here to download a service manual that will be more helpful than me telling you where I think it is.
