Hey guys. Getting ready to pull a the trigger on either a Diablo Sport or Superchips programmer for my 03 Ram regular cab with a 90k mile 5.7. Currently has a K&N intake and dual Flowmaster exhaust. Which one would you guys choose?

 

Superchips is the best all around for your 03, unless you REALLY need the custom tuning. Even then, there isn't a whole lot the Diablo can do, including not raising your rev and speed limiters (Superchips can). Also Predators have an occasional habit of frying PCM's and ABS modules on 03's (don't know if this problem has presented with the Trinity).

 

IMO, not worth it on the '03. It won't do much for you. The PCM and TCM are separate computers.

 

Thanks for the info so far. I have been finding some conflicting information on what part number is required for mine, when it comes to the Superchips product.

 

3714 (03 hemi only), 3715, 3815, 3865, 3842 (newest), 3950 (cortex). Any of these will work for 03 hemi.
