Default 2003 Programmer?

What programmers do you all recommend as the best for an 03 model year 5.7 Ram 1500 regular cab?

Kinda expensive for something that has very limited use. The TCM is separate from the PCM, so you can't adjust shift points or adjust for tire size. The Super Chips 3815 is the one to get, from what I hear, but it won't do much.

Superchips 3714, 3715, 3815 and 3865. The 3865 has data logging capability, but as stated you won't be able to use the advanced trans tuning. I'd keep an eye out for a used 3815/3865.

DSP's don't seem to mix well with 03's (fried PCM's and ABS modules).
