Rough country 3 inch lift kit with 2 inch leveling spacers?
My next purchase is going to be a three inch rough country suspension lift kit (for a 2002 1500, 2wd, quad cab).
My only two questions are, I've already got a 2 inch leveling kit installed in the front, which is just the two polyurethane bushings that sit at the top of the springs. Can I use these with the kit? It looks like the kit only has larger springs for the front.
Also, My upper ball joints are already pretty much at full flex with just the leveling kit, would springs make the situation worse?
Here's the kit: http://www.roughcountry.com/dodge-su...it-366-20.html

Yeah, one or the other. i don't think they are meant to be installed together. A true suspension lift has drop spindles and/or a drop k-fram assembly to keep the CV axles on the straight.
That kit will put you at max angle and likely cause issue's. The good...You would have full 3" lift that has full squish. You currently have a block kit that does not add travel, only looks. The coil/shock kits adds looks and provides travel.
