Default Blowing engine control relay/asd fuse and will not idle

freshly rebuilt 03 dodge ram 1500 4.7L bored .75mm rings and pistons,timing chains and tensioners,machined heads,new water pump,new oil pump,spark plugs,all gaskets,mobil 1 synth.oil,pcv,throttle position sensor/switch,air idle speed motor,camshaft position sensor,inlet air changeover sensor.
my problem is it starts and runs for about 15 seconds then just dies.It throws random coil codes with occasional sensor codes and blows the fuse periodically.please help.

Which Fuse does it blow?

How many Amps is the fuse?

Have you already checked the Grounds and Traced out the wires from that junction on the fuse box to wherever it dead-ends?

You say freshly built engine. How many miles are on it? If you freshly installed it, I would go through your engine harness and connections and make sure nothing is grounded, shorted or pinched.

Thanks weedahoe for your response.Yesterday I was checking the wires but couldn't find any bad spots.I check from the engine control /asd fuse to the TPS sensor,to the IACmotor,to the Temp sensor,to theCamshaft sensor to the Crankshaft sensor which are all replaced now and couldn't find anything.Itook it to a friends shop and they couldn't find the problem either. They did adjust the idle screw on the throttle body so it would idle better but it still runs like it wants to sputter and die. They told me I may have to take it to Dodge and let them flash my computer but I really don't have that kind of money right now.I think Im going crazy.

I just did the key trick to get codes and they are as follows:1388,1491,0505,0123,0353,1389,0354,0355,03 56,0358.Now surely not all of my coils are bad are they?Appreciate any and all info and advise.

Sounds like you pinched the harness between the Coils and everywhere else.

All of those Faults are on the same harness... I'm betting you're shorting to ground along that harness... you need to get yourself a wire tracer to help you trace them all out.

The P1388 concerns me a little bit... you might want to check your timing... I think maybe you're a tooth or two off on the Timing Chain Gear.... so you might want to check on that too.
