2007 1500 AC Mode Door

2007 1500 AC Mode Door
So... today my AC just didn't fell like it was blowing much. I have torn down to where I can see the lever that switches from face to feet and it does not seem to change when turning the mode selector. Is there an easy way to get to that motor or is it the complete PITA that it appears to be? Looks like EVERYTHING including the grab bars need to come out

Use the drop down menus to find your truck and model etc.
I've used their stuff and repaired my issues 100%.
