Default Front end rebuild torque specs please

I am in the process of overhauling my front end on my 04' Ram, 4.7 RWD and wanted to know some torque specs so I do it right the first time. I need 1) brake caliper 2) brake caliper bracket 3) upper control arm 4) lower ball joint 5) tie rod end 6) sway bar bushing bracket 7) sway bar end link 8) wheel lug nuts (100 ftlbs? or more?). The lower ball joint was a pain to remove, I ended up just using my mini sledge to beat it out then press it in with an autozone press kit. I'm using Moog parts with zerk fittings so it should be better.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the ball joints have a +90° turn as well, don't they?
