Default A/C Not Working

Hey guys, I have a 2004 1500. Blower hasn't worked in a couple of tears so I finally decided to fix it. Truck has 216,000 miles.

I replaced the blower and resistor and it did not resolve. Replaced ignition switch and voila! The switch was clearly fried. We have air.

Worked for a couple of weeks and then on a very hot day I jumped in and within 10 minutes it quit again. Nothing on any fan setting. Going down the road it blows slightly due to forced air but nothing else.

Removed ignition switch and took it apart and it does not look burnt. Not sure what the next step is. Guessing wiring.

Check wiring going to the control head.

Yeah. Basic troubleshooting. Test for voltage, test fuse, test fan motor, ect
