So, after replacing the cam sensor, crank sensor, throttle body, fuse block, and ecm....it turned out to be a short in the main ground wire that goes to the pcm and had an adverse effect on all the sensors in the truck...my seatbelt warning bell and light stopped working about 8 months ago and that works now...so i guess this wire was breaking and on its way out for quite some time. Thanks for all of the responses and help on this frustrating peoblem!!!
