How old are your plugs and when's the last time (if ever) the TB was cleaned?

the plugs platinum and have about 70000 and throttle body about the same time as plugs. Ok I just checked the truck and yes I have a code now P0300 multiple cylinder misfire.

Those plugs are ripe.
They Need changing, along with air filter and TB clean.
Plus your PCV ontop of your intake underneath the hemi hat on left side of engine as you look at it from the front.
Do those with a cold PCM reset and see then what happens.
If still running rough, with your manufacture build year, you may need to pop the valve covers and inspect for the common snapped valve spring issues, known on 03's.

i just checked and it does have a code, P0300 multiple cylinder misfire. Could it be plugs or coil packs?

you can test coil pack with ohm meter on the connections, not the coil plug side.. 6.8-8k they are good shape still... I just went thru this on mine and had 1 spring bad but replaced all I ordered from Art... crane tool is the way to go works like a champ no need to remove the booster or rad & fan assembly just lay on top

Keywords 2003 - 5.7 - won't idle

What rings in my head is broken valve spring(s)

Maybe. Maybe not. Might be worth pulling the valve covers and checking.

Ok guy's thanks for the replies and help. I just checked the plugs which are support to be good for 100000 miles platinum plugs and not. I had six plugs with .55 to .65 gap and checked coils and have .8 on all coils. this should take care of the issue. Thank you all for the support. Wish you all the best

Yeah... Plugs really aren't supposed to last 70k, regardless of what they say. Sounds like it might have killed the coil packs too.
