Exclamation 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 B1S2 Problem

I own a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7-liter V6 and about 2 or 3 months ago my check engine light came on. I checked the code and it came up with P0139. When I looked up what the code was, I thought I should just switch out the bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor to see if that would fix the issue. It did...for a while. About 2 or 3 weeks later, the check engine light came back on. I checked the code and P0139 came back up. I looked up what would cause a slow response from bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor. The most common thing I found was that there could be a hole in the exhaust system. Found a few ways to test it and I couldn't hear a hole or find one just by look at the exhaust. I have done a hard reset on the computer to see if it was also just climate changes affecting it but that didn't seem to work either.

Can anyone help me?
