03 2500 with a V10; has anyone tried an SRT 10 catback system?
As the title says, I am wondering. I had a local shop replace my muffler, and it is more aggressive, but still sounds "tin-ish". As I was falling asleep last night, I thought about the SRT 10. Although they are different engines meant for different things, shouldn't the exhaust be the same? Or am I wrong? I was thinking of a Gibson Cat-back system or something....

The thing is, the guy who did my muffler used a muffler he had on the shelf. He had to cut off the in and out pipe and hole saw it, then weld in 3" pipes. It sounds better than the school bus muffler that came stock, but I'm still not quite happy. Any thoughts? BTW, how do I officially enter the V10 club?!?

Run true duals... with 2.5 pipes...mount mufflers under the truck box...run pipes straight out the rear right side...bending pipe around the spare tire adds cost and restriction.
Im running dual cherry bomb glass packs on my 5.7 hemi, 26 in case length, yup their loud...but in normal driving they sound like turbo 400s...
My pipes are mandrell bent, but not from a straight length of pipe, their fabed up from a kit I bought off summit racing...
