Default Electrical problem

I'm working on my sons 2002 Dodge Ram Sport. The electrical shorted by connecting a grounded trailer. The truck will not start, no cluster movement, the wipers work when the ignition is turned on, without the fuse in. I removed the cluster, but the truck will not start. Please help.

2002 Dodge Ram 1500 will not start. All fuses are ok. The cluster does not respond, but when the ignition is turned on, the wipers work. Thats it. Motor will not turn over. I think the problem started, with a shorted wire, when a trailer was connected.

Check the fusable links as well. Is the battery good?
