Default How to remove this piece?

I want to paint some interior pieces and thought this would be a cool accent piece. Any ideas on how to get it off? I'm assuming I might have to remove the entire dash. Help!!

Well, if it's anything like a 2002-05, pull off the headlight switch trim, pull the radio bezel, this exposes the trim around the cluster. Unscrew two screws up top, pull cluster trim (the bottom is secured by clips), and look for any fasteners in there holding that piece on.
