Source for good fuel injectors?

He has the 8.0L V10....
Detonation (aka "Knocking") can be caused by many things... I'll list a few:
1) Bad Injector
2) Bad Fuel (Octane too Low or Contaminated)
3) Bad Compression
4) Vastly Incorrect Ignition Timing (this is the most common and prevalent in engines)
5) Extreme Intake Air Temperatures (More common w/ Forced Induction Systems)
It goes on from there... so my best suggestion is that you go get those injectors flow tested, and/or remanufactured, or just buy new ones and call it a day.
Remember that you always want to put them in the order of Least Flowing to Most Flowing from the Inlet of the Fuel Rail to the Outlet (if there is one)...
